During the New Year´s Eve period (from Dec. 28th till Jan. 1 nd) reservations with a minimum stay of 4 nights will be accepted, only. Please notice: 31/12/12 No Check-In & Check-Out

During the Pentecost period (from May. 17th till May 19 nd) reservations with a minimum stay of 2 nights will be accepted, only. Please notice: 18/05/13 No Check-In & Check-Out

During the Berlin Marathon period (September 27th) reservations with a minimum stay of 2 nights will be accepted, only. Please notice: 28/09/13 No Check-In & Check-Out

Please note that we do not offer our regular breakfast from 24th `til 26th December. Our reception-team will gladly give you recommendations for breakfast café nearby.
