Our speciality restaurant the ‘Pistache’ is broadly renowned for its creative cuisine. The ‘Dorf-Beizli’ bistro and a wonderfully flowered terrace complete our offer. A games area, an animal park and leisure lawns surround the hotel. A spacious car park is also available and the public bus stops in front of the hotel.

In a green suburb of Lucerne it offers magnificent lake and mountain views, the 4-Forest-Cantons Lake and the Pilatus, Rigi, Stanserhorn and Titlis summits. The Lucerne district offers innumerable possibilities for excursions, lake-swimming, cycling, walking, relaxation and revitalization.

In Meggen one can visit the Castle with its own mountain vineyard, the old mansion, St Charles Hall, and windowless chapel with its light penetrable marble.

You will overnight in a superior quality room. All our guests alike enjoy the pleasurable calm and the wonderful panorama followed by a generous Zmorge breakfast buffet. A bathroom with shower and toilet, telephone and wireless LAN computer connections, a built-in safe, radio and TV, and a sofa are available in all rooms.

In our connoisseurs restaurant ‘La Pistache’ you will be spoilt by our chef Beat Stofer’s exquisite and imaginative menus. Warm and cold meals (a daily menu and swiss specials) are served throughout the day in our country-style inn the ‘Dorf Beizli’. Cosiness and charm are the key to the ambiance in the Balm Hotel whose cellar also offers some of Europe’s best wines.

Our restaurants are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
