Our space is a new & trendy accommodation, set in a newly renovated shared apartments in diferent levels . We offer private lockable rooms, with shared or private bathrooms and fully equipped kitchens.

NO RECEPTION AREA!!! (The managment office hours are EVERYDAY from 11 am to 21 pm. It is mandatory that you CALL US when you arrive in Barcelona, and BEFORE you arrive to the apartment to receive your EXACT CHECK IN TIME.)

FREE CHECK IN: 12:30 am to 21 pm

LATE CHECK IN CHARGES:

25 euros/EACH ROOM (21:01 pm to 23:00 pm)

50 euros/EACH ROOM (23:01 pm to 1:00 am)

75 euros/EACH ROOM (1:01 am to 12:29 am)

CHECK OUT: 10:30 to 11:00 a.m.

*Groups 5 or more will pay an extra cleaning fee of 35€per room

IMPORTANT!! IMPORTANT!! (It is very IMPORTANT that you call us when you arrive in Barcelona and before you arrive to the apartment to arrange an EXACT TIME to meet up & check you in!!!!

The balance remaining is due in CASH ON ARRIVAL. (EUROS ONLY)
