This 4 Star Hotel, which has been completely renovated in 2002, merges old fashioned charm and modern comfort. This Hotel succeeds to the old Hotel Moreau.

It is ideally situated in the city center just 3 minutes by foot from the train station of La Chaux-de-Fonds. La Chaux-de-Fonds is the watch metropole 20 minutes by train from Neuchâtel and an hour and a half from Geneva.

There are frequent direct trains to Neuchâtel, Lausanne, Genève, Berne, Bienne et Zurich. And just a few minutes away from the airport of the Eplatures.

La Chaux-de-Fonds is the third largest city in the french part of Switzerland and is the birthplace of watchmaking as well as Le Corbusier’s, Blaise Cendrars’s and Louis Chevrolet’s.

This city’s rich heritage will surprise you. It is situated at 1000m above sea level and therefore is fully equipped for alpine and cross-country skiing just minutes away from the city center.

Hikers will also find their happiness with all the marked out walking paths.

All the rooms are equipped with color TV, radio, alarm clock, telephone with modem plug. Bathrooms all in marble with bathtub/shower, toilets, hairdryer as well as a communal room for breakfast.

Every room has a minibar and there is a welcoming bar on the gallery which is open to the customers who are looking for calm and tranquility. We also have a Piano-bar on certain occasions. We have two restaurants in the building, the restaurant La Suisse, the Rotisserie and Le Pekin a Chinese restaurant.
