Fabrizio is more than happy to welcome you in his B&B making your stay unforgettable. All rooms are confortable. We are at your disposal for any kind of information that you might need.

Mandatory requirements: we can accept cancellation only 48 hours before arrival date.

Since we're not an Hotel we can't be at the reception 24h per day and in the event of a same day reservation there could be some delays to make the check in.

B&B has not a reception. Please call us when you arrive in Venice, not when you arrive at the B&B, in order to have somebody waiting for you.
