Bookings of 6 persons or more: it's possible to cancel the reservation till 10 days before the arrival date, otherwise the 50% of the total amount will be charged from your credit card.

Bookings of less than 5 persons: it's possible to cancel the reservation till 3 days before the arrival date, otherwise the 50% of the total amount will be charged from your credit card.

Cancellation has to be made by MyClub page in HostelsClub.com.

For individual cancellation with shared rooms :

- it's possible to cancel bed(s) till 3 days before arrival date.but there is always a 50% penalty for each bed .

for example , if you book 2 beds in shared dorm , and the cost is 20.00 euro for bed , so if you would cancel 1 bed, you could ( always till 3 days before arrival date ) , but you still have to pay the 50% penalty = 10.00 euro
