The Sampaoli is a place dedicated to people interested in a quiet, decored, clean and friendly place.

We are happy to receive bad reviews from people that had the intention of being loud .

The only rule we pretend to be respected is about being decent because not all our guests would like to share others excesses.

Their complaints are exactly the proof that our mission is accomplished. We want everybody to be happy and being this our home we have a target of guests interested in the town only.

Twelve spacefull rooms for couple, friends, singles whom like to have the right space for themselves.

Double rooms, twin bedded rooms, single rooms and triple rooms mostly with private bathroom or with an easy access to clean bathrooms.

In our experience space, cleanliness and decore makes a place comfortable.

We are located in a 1000 years old building in the artistic heart of the renaissance town.

It's just a few minutes from the train station (Santa Maria Novella), a short walk from the Cathedral (Duomo) and a few meters from the Accademia Gallery.

It is also situated close to the exposition center (Fortezza da Basso) and the convention palace.

Everything can be reached in a walking distance.

The most economical florentine parking (the parterre) is only 10 minutes walking in Piazza della Libertà.

The twelve rooms (8 are with bathroom) are comfortable, luminous and quiet and provided of tv/dvd .

In all rooms you'll be able to connect your laptop or telephone with our free wi-fi connection

The atmosphere is friendly and corteous , we are happy to borrow also guidebooks to better discover Florence.

The florentine's family management is happy to help with suggestions and informations as well as with reservation at the museums.

Loud people are not welcome so if your intention is to be so happy to bother the others please do not consider to book here.

The Sampaoli doesn't pretend to present itself like your smartest choice to sleep in Florence.

We try to do our job with simplicity and care for the real needs of travellers, nothing more than that.

We are far from the fast conception of a facebook's lifestyle. More than images is truth and history what we care about.

The truth of our town have multiple faces lost in the centuries of Florence and lost in the memories of people that have elected this town to become their home.

We were born in Florence and , even if the people working here tried to have away experiences, we found out that this feels like the most difficult town to leave.

We hope that people could 'feel home' in this cozy place, we hope that this can be a place to rest, remember and miss yourself home, wherever you think it is.
