Cancellation policy during fairs:

1. Guarantee by credit card no. + exp. date necessary

2. Cancellation possible until 90 days before arrival (until 12 p.m.)

3. After the expiration of the cancellation deadline we charge 30% deposit of the whole amount of the indicated credit card no. (deposit payment also possible by bank transfer in advance)

4. For no-show or earlier departure or cancellation after the expiration of the time mentioned in point 2 we charge 80% of the room rate for all reserved rooms and/ or nights being left.
