Produces green wine. At a distance of 0,7km you may find thermal treatments. The nearest city is Penafiel (13km), the airport is in Oporto city (35km). The river has small beaches (0,5km). This area is famous by some arqueological findings (a roman city) and it is well known not only by its green wine but for the excelent food, regional food. This area also contains some interesting monuments, like churches, and a very famous religion procession by Easter, in this procession both margins of the river shine with candles (0,5km).
