Our Kitchen areas equipped with all food preparation utensils will make you feel as home & enjoy a great meal.

We supply all bed linens, pillows and towels.

Cutting edge interiors that create a liberal cosmo atmosphere. All of our rooms have their own boutique style with an exclusive red-white & black details.

Safety & Security – Even though BCN has to be one of the safest cities in the world, we have installed security measures to keep YOU and our property safe.

We have a CCTV (Closed Circuit Television)

security installed that monitors access to all parts of the property. we also have all lockabale rooms so you can feel safe and free when you are IN our OUT exploring Barcelona

Our space is a new & trendy accommodation in Barcelona, set in a newly renovated shared apartments in diferent levels in the centre of Barcelona.

············APARTMENT CONDITIONS····················

NO RECEPTION AREA!!! (The managment office hours are EVERYDAY from 11 am to 21 pm. It is mandatory that you CALL US when you arrive in Barcelona, and BEFORE you arrive to the apartment to receive your EXACT CHECK IN TIME.)

FREE CHECK IN: 12:30pm to 21pm

LATE CHECK IN CHARGES:

25 euros/EACH ROOM (21:01 pm to 12:29pm)

CHECK OUT: 10:30 to 11:00 a.m.

*Groups 5 or more will pay an extra cleaning fee of 35€per room

*CHANGE or SWITCH rooms you will pay a cleaning fee of 35€per room

*A city tax will be applied to all guests over 15 years,

Not included in the price(The tourist rate is 0.78 euros per person, per night)

IMPORTANT!! IMPORTANT!! (It is very IMPORTANT that you call us when you arrive in Barcelona and before you arrive to the apartment to arrange an EXACT TIME to meet up & check you in!!!!
