After the booking Hotel Villa Edera will ask the pre-authorization of the first night on your credit card. Please be sure to have enough money on your credit card for this charge. Otherwise, the establishment may ask you to provide them with an alternative credit card as a warranty to confirm the booking. Without a warranty the hotel will consider the booking as cancelled and the deposit will be lost.

As credit cards we only accept Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard and American Express.

Cancellations are free of charge until 6 days from the arrival date.

For all cancellations made during the 5 days prior of the arrival date, the hotel Villa Eedera will charge the first night amount.

For cancellations made the day of the arrival, no-show, early departure or reduction on the lenght of the stay the hotel will charge the full amount as stated in the original reservation.

From the 24th of August 2011 all visitors who stay in an accommodation facility within the territory of the Municipality of Venice have to pay the 'Tourist tax'.

High season

Adults euro 2.10 per day per person.

Child ages from 10 years to 16 years euros 1,05 per person per day.

Low season

Adults euro 1,05 per day per person.

Child ages from 10 years to 16 years euros 0,52 per person per day.

The tax is due only for the first five days of stay.

The fee is not included in the price of the room and must be paid at hotel in cash.
