Our hostel is located in the old town of San Sebastian,

fifteen minute walk from the bus station

and twenty minutes walk from the train station.

About Roger's House

It is located at the centre of the RESTAURANT and PARTY AREA, the Old Town (Parte Vieja).

With 2 balconies facing the most emblematic square of San Sebastian, the 'Plaza de la Constitucion',(the old bullfighting ring).

It is in the middle of the Old Town next to the museums. BETWEEN both MAIN BEACHES, to 2 minute walking to La Concha beach and Zurriola beach (surfer´s one).

We also offer SURF EQUIPEMENT, and other activities like YOGA LESSONS (with SAUNA included).

Free INTERNET.We have Wi-fi in the living and in the rooms and free internet.
