Termini & Condizioni: Accettiamo cancellazione e richiesta di modifica pervenutaci 6 giorni prima dalla data di arrivo - L'accettazione delle modifiche sono a discrezione delle disponibilità al momento della richiesta, e possono comportare variazione delle tariffe.

Si prevede una penale pari all'importo della prima notte (per ogni camera prenotata) per le cancellazioni o modifiche (s'intendono per modifiche anche riduzioni del soggiorno e partenze anticipate) richieste oltre il termine sopra indicato, e in caso di 'no-show', cioè, se non dovesse presentarsi.

Procedura di Garanzia: L'amministrazione dell'hotel si riserva il diritto di verificare la validità della carta di credito e copertura della penale 'no-show' chiedendo una pre-autorizzazione (blocco temporaneo) dell'importo della garanzia prima dal suo arrivo. Se tale verifica non sarà riuscita, la prenotazione sarà considerata valida sino le ore 15:00 del giorno di arrivo.

Purtroppo non accettiamo carte Electron/Ricaricabili a garanzia delle prenotazione se utilizzerà questo tipo di carta le verrà detratto l'importo della prima notte per ogni camera prenotata al momento della conferma, tale anticipo non sarebbe rimborsabile.
