The B&T ROOMS is situated in the centre of Rome, a short walk from the main railway and underground station Termini.

From B&T ROOMS guesthouse you can easily get to all of the historic and artistic attractions of Rome.

At our guesthouse in Rome you can find clean and comfortable beds, Internet, Drink and confectionery vending machines, Guide books, maps, Walking tours, Information about events and other happenings.

There's an open-air market nearby, open every day until 2.00 pm, where you can buy inexpensive clothes, souvenirs and fresh fruits and vegetables.

It is very important for us to know your exact time of arrival. If you're going to be later then you wrote on your reservation, you have to contact out reception! If not we will not guarantee your reservation.

Check in can be made until 11:00 p.m., late check in after 11:00 p.m. will be charged with 20 euros. For late check in you have to contact us by email or phone after booking.

Free of charge up to 3 days before the arrival date (not the arrival hour)

Between 3 days and 1 day before the arrival date the cost of the first night will be charged

With less than 1 day for the arrival day, the cost of the entire stay will be charged

Payment is required at the check in: once paid it's no longer possible to modify or shorten the stay and the amount paid is not refundable.

Please note that is possible that big groups could be distribuited in two different buildings for availability reasons. Anyway the other building is at 50 meters from the reception.

Please note: the Rome Tax Stay is not included in the price (2€ per person per night, maximum 10 nights). Children until 10 years don't have to pay this tax.
