Beschrijving: Alloggi Gerotto Calderan is composed by 2 houses so there are many different types of room.

We have single, double, triple and quad rooms.

They can be small, standard, big or suite and some of them have view on the square (in Campo San Geremia) or on the street (in Rio Terà San Leonardo).

The high class rooms can be in our dependance is Rio Terà San Leonardo.

All rooms have private bathroom (inside or outside the room).

In the main building(in Campo San Geremia) there is a curfew at 1:00 a.m.while in the depandance (in Rio Terà San Leonardo) there's no curfew.

We don't serve breakfast.

The prices change according to the type of room that guests require and of course from the period they wish to come.

Payment is only cash.

--- Cancellation policy ---

All cancellations must be carried out 10 days before the arrival date.

If you do a late cancellation or if you don't arrive we'll charge you the price of the first night.

If you leave the hostel before the check out day we'll charge you the price of all the nights reserved.

The charge will be done under the name of Hotel Ca' San Marcuola, which is another hotel of ours in Venice.

If you have a notebook with you we'll give you 15 minutes of internet access for free.

Check-out time: until 10.30 AM

Lock-out 10:30am - 2pm (ONLY FOR DORMITORY ROOMS)
