Welcome to our nice guesthouse in Alterkuelz: 22km from the Airport Frankfurt/Hahn: Here we have a small family-run guesthouse pension in the beautiful area of Hunsrueck.

In our guesthouse you find a restaurant ( breakfast 5,- €, or dinner), one beergarden, or a seperat smoke room, and you can verry still sleep.

Shuttle from the airport to the guesthouse one way for 25,- € , ,you must wride my e-mail when you will have airportshuttle.

We offer the ideal conditions for leisure and stop-over guests, offering a pleasant atmosphere in a home-like surrounding. Children are very welcome, too.

Our recently refurbished, guest rooms offer a recreational overnight’s stay.

Here you can make your holiday, the price per person in the double room , with breakfast and dinner, for one week is 199,- €.

A quiet, rual holiday area which is divinely peaceful. Sleepy villages, old castle, mills and romantic valleys invite the hiker or cyclist.

Nowadays marked hiking routes will lead you to old mills, castles and deep gorges. The wild and romantic valleys of the Erbachklamm and Baybachtal are particulary interesting. The 38 kilometre long Schinderhannes cycling trail- Schinderhannesradweg-, following the former

tracks of the Hunsrück railway, is of particular interest. You rent a bicycle in the near.

From the central Hunsrück, from here the journey continius to the romantic Rhine Valley-Rheintal- between Bingen and Koblenz, in the Loreley valley-one of the most striking and beautiful landscapes europe, with more than 20 hilltop castles.

From here you can visit the third river area , the Mosel Region, whose a character has been formed by its 2000 years old histoty.

The cities Kastellaun (approx. 5km) and Simmern (approx. 14km) load to one city-stroll in. Here one can go also to swimming, visit museums, or learn the castle into Kastellaun to know. In Simmern you can change homeland” on the traces of the Schinderhannes, or with the film “of Edgar Reitz be concerned.
