Antica Villa Graziella is a welcoming, family-run hotel located in MARGHERA - VENICE, in a peaceful and quiet area.

The hotel is found in an excellent location only 900m from the Mestre train station, around 1.5km from the A4 motorway exit, and 400m away from the bus stop leading to the historic center of Venice.

*) We do not have an elevator and there is a staircase from the lobby. If stairs are a problem for you, then our hotel is not a good choice.

The booking can be cancelled by 2 days (48 hrs) prior to the date of arrival without any penalty.

In the event of a No-show or a cancellation within 48hrs prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to the 100% of the first night rate for each room reserved, will be charged (tax included)
