It is adjacent to the “Palace of the Prince”, where you can find the wonderful Italian garden of the Castle of Albertis, just a few minutes to the Aquarium, area Expo (panoramic Elevator, Town of the Children, Carries Siberia, Center of Cotton Congress Warehouse, ecc..). The structure is just beside the subway, bus stops, 50 meters from the Principe train station and 3,5 km from the expressway tollbooth of Genoa West.

The appartments (studio, studio comfort, bi-studio, bi-studio comfort, junior and superior suite) of different area are spacious, all with private bathrooms, with kitchen utensils & facilities ( dishwasher and refrigerator), can comfortably accommodate until 6 persons. Change of linens and towels are three times a week and daily room cleaning. The minimum stay obligatory is 2 nights.
