Bed & Balcony - 현지인 민박 안에 뮌헨, 독일

The Bed & Balcony is ideally located in central Munich in a popular area called Glockenbach Viertel. We are approximately 10 min walking distance to Marienplatz, city central point.

The spacious 40 m² room has a private entrance with its own bell and a private balcony. It comprises of a large built-in wardrobe, double bed (160x200), comfortable sofa, private bath/WC, TV-Kabel, DVD upon request, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, fridge, use of laundry facilities washing machine and dryer upon request. There is no kitchen. Internet WiFi is provided for internet access. A parking space is available for 5 Euros per day (Using is for your own risk, only normal cars can park max. high 1,52m)!

The check-in is monday till friday from 18:00h, saturday and sunday from 12:00h. onwards. Any change to this should be advised and agreed in advance.
