Casa Actuar is a basic, clean, safe hostel and it is located in a very convenient place near the main landmarks of Cartagena.
At our place we usually accommodate Spanish students, independent travellers or people that are looking for a place to stay with a friendly atmosphere.
At Casa Actuar you have internet access and a laundry serivce. We also have a small cafeteria where you can have breakfast for 3000 pesos ( 1,5 USD) and a typical Colombian lunch for 4000 pesos ( 2 USD).
