| キャンセルポリシー | As a confirmation of your reservation, a deposit equal to 30% of the total rental price will be requested.
The remaining balance of the stay has to be paid 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
The reservation can be cancelled at any moment.
If you are unable to come, it is important that you inform us immediately, even if it's only a few days before your scheduled arrival day.
In case of a cancellation, the cancellation fees depend on the moment of cancellation.
In case of a cancellation, the following fees will be applied:
- April, May, June, September, October:
* free until 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival day;
* 100% from 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival day or in case of a no-show;
- July, August:
* free until 21 days prior to your scheduled arrival day;
* 100% from 21 days prior to your scheduled arrival day or in case of a no-show.
