Situated in the city centre and directly opposite to the extensive and famous harbour, our Youth Hostel is well placed for visiting Hamburg's traditional Fish Market (since 1703), galleries and shops - as well as enjoying the vibrant nightlife and seafarer romantic - the way it was once celebrated in the songs of the German crooner Hans Albers - at the famous 'Reeperbahn' and the neighbouring 'Schanzenviertel', a place of pulsing scene life. Our Youth Hostel offers capacity for 357 people and facilities include TV, laundry, kitchen and meal service.

From the terrace of our hostel, guests enjoy a fabulous view of the harbor!

Membership card

Important: For a stay with us a Hostelling International Membership is required. International guests without membership pay a surcharge of 3,10 Euro for the first 6 nights to obtain a full membership for the use of more than 4.000 Youth Hostels worldwide. German residents can become a member of the German Youth Hostel Association for 12,50 Euro per year (older than 26 years and for families: 21,00 Euro) upon arrival.

Prices apply to guests younger than 26 years. Guests older than 26 years pay a surcharge of 4,00 Euro per person and night. All prices include breakfast and sheets.
