A large private parking and video, will allow you in comfort to park cars or vans.

All rooms are 30 square meters and have private baths and entrances for maximum autonomy.

A shuttle bus or taxi is always available by appointment.

The check in must be from the customer at least one day in advance via email or by phone at +39 ********, and it is welcome to arrive between 11.30 and 18.30

Different times should be communicated via e-mail or phone

The check out is by 10:00 am unless arrangements

Regulation Respecting

* All Suites is No smoking.

* It's Forbidden to disturb the guests of the structure.

* Each suite has its own outdoor space, you’ll find outdoor table and chairs

* Pets are subject to prior agreements with a cost of 10 euros per day.

* The amount of your stay và paid at the time of arrival.

* Reservations without deposit of 30% or in the absence of a credit card number and expiry date are not confirmed.

* It's denied the access to outsiders and people not registered in the direction of, any additional guests must be reported prior to entry.

* The direction is not liable for any personal items left unattended in the Suites or in communal areas. There are safes available in each Suite. Will be the responsibility of the guests keep personal items of value, both in suites and in common areas of the structure.

* Passenger cars, trucks etc.. Stay inside the park are not insured for theft, then please the guests to make sure that the car is closed and do not leave anything of value inside.

* It is recommended that guests not lords move, remove or destroy any object contained within the suites and public areas of the structure. Any violation will be reported to the authorities of Public Security. Other to stay for a week is required to guarantee a credit card or make a deposit of 200 euros which will be returned upon departure.

* For long stays the sheets and towels is counted separately, and a final cleaning.
