This is only for adults; no one under 18 years of age is permitted to stay here.

All Bookings must be done through Hostelsclub.com. We do not accept walk in guests. You should retain a copy of your Hostelsclub.com confirmation of booking receipt and present it to the doorman when you arrive.

We can not accept any guests who are residents of New York State. This facility is designed to accommodate foreign students and young travelers who can relate and help each other explore New York City's visitor treasures. We currently accept short stay guests; however, these apartments are featured in order to attract longer term residents. Special pricing for longer stays.

Dear Guest: Due to liability Insurance issues, No one under 18 years of age will be considered or permitted to enter the facility.

The Apartments are located in a famous landmark property, a 10 story tall building; it has been described as the tallest habitable building with cast iron facades ever built. It is conveniently located just one block east of Broadway, near the world famous Wall Street and the American Stock Exchange, The Federal Reserve, two blocks from the former World Trade Center, ½ block from the proposed Fulton Street Transit Hub and four blocks from the South Street Seaport attractions. We are located on a corner fronting three blocks Nassau, Fulton & Ann Streets.

We have 9 subway lines at the entrance to our Building, you have fast and easy accessibility from the building's lobby (A, C, J, M, Z, 2, 3, 4, and 5), also located within one block are the M1, M6, M9, M22, X25, X92, M15 and Staten Island express buses.

Abundant daylight illuminates the rooms through oversized windows. The main entrance and lobby are newly renovated. All hallways are carpeted and we have 24 Hours / 7-days-a-week security surveying the premises with the aid of 56-camera video monitor and digital video recorder (DVR). The hallways of the Apartments also have video security. We also have a recently installed Fire Central Alarm System on all floors and fire sprinklers everywhere promoting safety. The management office for the building is located on the third floor.

We also provide broadband Internet access throughout the entire building with 4 high speed elevators including freight. Guests have access to enter the premises at all hours.

We are two doors away from a gym, health spa, swimming pool, bars and night clubs as well as numerous restaurants are available within easy walking distance, they offer a variety of endless cuisine from Chinese, Japanese, kosher, American, Greek, Italian, French and many more!

Extra tax info: Our prices do not include tax. New York City Taxes amounting to 21.25% will be added to your bill when you check-in. GUESTS CAN BOOK FOR A MAXIMUM STAY OF 21 DAYS. WE CAN NOT ACCEPT BOOKINGS FOR A LONGER PERIOD AT THIS HOSTEL. IF YOU REQUIRE A LONGER STAY, THEN BOOK 21 DAYS WITH US AND THE REST OF YOUR STAY WITH ANOTHER HOSTEL.
