- reservations for and or including the night of New years Eve (31 Dec), Queensday (30 April) and IBC Congress (10th to and including 17th of September 2008)

note:for 29.30,31 of dec cancelation must be done 7days before arrival time,otherwise the whole amount of room rate have to charge by hotel.

5% city tax is not including in the room rate.

Pay with credit/debt card on arrival an additional 4% will be charged as bank costs.
