Descrizione: Located in the heart of the historic town of Jerez de la Frontera, the newly refurbished Tierras de Jerez is an ideal base to explore the delights of the old town with its great tourist attractions and fantastic shopping and dining, as well as the surrounding area with many golf courses, some of the greatest beaches in the country and the quintessential spanish white villages. Less than hour north of Jerez is the region’s capital, breathtaking Seville and heading south, at 20 minutes, the coastal city of Cadiz with it’s Moorish architecture and white sand beaches.

The hotel has 50 equipped rooms with telephone, Satellite TV, mini bar, safe, climate control, a complete bathroom with hairdryer, parking, bar service and buffet breakfast. Our helpful staff will assist you with information about the city, restaurant reservations, and any entertainment needs like tickets to the Royal School of Equestrian Art “Andalusian Dancing Horses” show, visits to the famous wineries or flamenco shows.

CANCELATION POLICY: If cancelled with less than 24 hours advance notice, there will be a one night penalty charge.

EXCEPT THE FOLLOWING DATES:

-From the 30th of April until the 2rd of May, 2009 (inclusive): Moto GP Championship

-From the 11th until the 16th of May,2009: Feria del Caballo

here are the conditions for reservation during those periods (on request):

- MINIMUM STAY: Moto GP.....3 nights, Feria.... 4 nights

-PREPAYMENT:

· First nigth of stay, upon confirmation of the booking.

· The rest needs to be prepayed 14 days before arrival

-CANCELATION POLICY:

· Cancellations with less than 30 days notice will have a penalty of the first night.

· Total or parcial cancellation with less than 14 days notice will have a penalty of 100% of the total of the reservation.
