The famous isle in the Naples Gulf welcomes young people in the new Youth Hostel -Il Gabbiano- situated in a very nice residence in Forio. The Hostel enjoys a wonderful view on the sea, from which it is only few meters away. Furthermore a bus service, with stop in front of the Hostel, links the best localities of the Isle such as Lacco Ameno, Panza, Sant'Angelo, Casamicciola and, obviously, Ischia Harbour, where ferries heading to the Italian peninsula leave. The Youth Hostel offers many services: swimming pool, several common rooms, all rooms with private facilities, and a large garden. Close to the Hostel there is also the famous Poseidon sea-bath, with its thermal waters, where you can meet many movie stars.
