A luxurious colonial style villa built in harmony with the Atlantic Rain forest of the “Green Coast”. Located 15 minutes from Brazil’s famed historic jewel – the colonial town of Paraty, Quinta da Floresta is a large two story private farmhouse with four bedrooms.

Set on two hectares of grounds - consisting of well-maintained gardens, fruit orchards and forested preservation areas, the guesthouse includes butterfly gardens, forest trails, private swimming holes as well as easy access to fabulous beaches, waterfalls, Paraty, the fascinating Gold Trail, and much, much more.

Quinta da Floresta is Officially regonized by Hostelsclub as eco-friendly, not only because their closeness to nature, the forest and it's animals but also to the basic savings like solar panels and energy efficient light bulbs etc.

Quinta da Floresta is available for full rental during certain times of the year. The whole villa is a perfect venue for family and friend reunions, business retreats, school-reunions, or simply secluded luxury accommodation. Rates vary depending on the season so please contact us directly with inquiries.

The interior and gardens of Quinta da Floresta provide an idyllic backdrop to those once in a lifetime special occasions. We are able to work directly with you to organise either catered or self-catering events.

Decoration and flower arrangements and other unique wedding services are all available on request. The hall has a state of the art music system and is ideal for bands and/or D.J’s to perform with ample interior and exterior patio dance floors.

The house provides a great base from which to explore Paraty and its surroundings. Your hosts are respectful of your privacy but always available to help make your stay enjoyable and very personal.

Enjoy the tranquility of the gardens and the forest trails, relax in a hammock and watch the hummingbirds, take a swim in your private waterholes, walk up to the local cachaça distillery or visit the waterfalls of Tobogã and Pedra Branca.
