The clean and comfortable accommodations, private and shared washrooms and the amazing Brazilian breakfast, make our visitors feel right at home. From the entrance our guests are greeted by a nice and spacious lounge with a view to our exterior garden, the reception is open 24 hrs for help and tips about places to visit and use of our facilities such as: reading and TV rooms, access to internet and laundry. We are proud to use solar panels in our water heating system.

The Fine Arts has always been concerned with environmental issues, since the infrastructure of the house to the behavior of our team. First of all we have to think green and then we act consistent with attitudes.

Our house has solar panel, which gives us an amazing brightness, saving energy and our baths are hot through that system. We do separating of waste, use energy-saving light bulbs, we always fresh garden seasonings without using any chemicals, only use organic, in fact we have a beautiful garden that we care only with organic products. Our furniture was made with wood from demolition, yes, we love to recycle. We also produce art with objects that have already been used.

We are part of groups fighting for environmental issues, where our marketing department always disclose any event or manifestation.

We train our staff, whose major requirement is the good will with the environment.

Therefore we have adopted green as the color of our logo.

We are studying the possibility of making a compost and building a dry bathroom.
