CONDITIONS:

Late arrival after 22.00: 5 Euros per hour.

We will wait for one hour and a half of your estimated arrival time. If you do not arrive, we will cancel the reservation and we will considered the reservation as No Show. You will be charged the total amount of the reservation.

PAYMENT:

Only cash accepted.

Payments at the arrival.

After the reservation, you will charge the first 2 nights. If the credit card is not valid, we will cancel the reservation.

We will send you an email with all the details of the reservation.

We don't accept Amercian Express.

For every reservation over 200 Eur, we will charge the client's credit card (50% of the total) in order to guarantee the reservation itself.

If the credit card is not valid, we will cancel the reservation.

CANCELLATIONS:

7 days before the arrival date.

We understand that sometimes the program changes, but, to cancel the reservation you have to write an email 7 days before the arrival date.

Otherwise, you will be charged with the total amount of the reservation.

We do not refund the amount of the reservation in case of No Show or Early Check Out

We don't accept any change of the reservation. If you want to modify, please, cancel the reservation and book again.

NATIONALITY: All the reservations maded from countries that need VISA to enter in the U.E (South and Central America, Mexico, Turkey, Rusia and others) have differents conditions: we will charge the total amount of the reservation in advance. This amount is not refundable. If the credit card is not valid, the reservation will be cancelled.

FOR ALL THE RESERVATIONS FROM THE 27TH OF DECEMBER 2012 UNTIL THE 2ND OF JANUARY 2013, we will charge 50% of the balance due to pay at the hostel. If your credit card is refused, your reservation will be cancelled automatically.
