Important Information:

- Please note that our hostel does not take bookings for more then 6 people in a group!

YOUR BOOKING WILL BE CANCELLED AND YOUR DEPOSIT CANNOT BE REFUNDED.

- No age limit for private rooms;dorm rooms till 45 years

- Towels are included for the private rooms. Towels for the dorm rooms: 1 Euro charge for cleaning service.

-There is a 1,5% charge for payments with creditcard.We only accept credit cards when the total balance is > €100.

-We do not make any difference between 4 & 6 bed dorm rooms, prices are the same, we have the right to give a 6 bed dorm if we don't have a 4 bed dorm available. Some 4 - 6 bed dorm rooms have a private shower & toilet, others are shared.

- Cancellation of a booking must be minimum 48 hours prior to the DATE of your arrival (not the time of your arrival!). In case the cancellation is less then 48 hours prior to the day of your arrival, then only the first night is due to be paid.

We accept only cancellations by email- Currently our reception is closed from 13:00 until 16:00 (if we are there you can already store your luggage inside) and reception is also closed between 23:00 - 07:30 am. (for early birds: key card disposal available!)

PLEASE NOTE WE DON'T ACCEPT RESERVATIONS MADE WITH VISA ELECTRON.

No lock-out nor curfew: : 24hrs access with keycards to your room!
