Service:

If you have forgotten your toiletry, for example a hair-dryer,

please refer to the reception.

We have also loundry services.

IMPORTANT:

During trade fairs, events and for group booking we absolutely need a valid credit card number and expiration date. The invoice amount (100%) will be debited directly from you credit card or you have to make bank transfer.  A cancellation is not possible!!! We will charge full amount by al changes or cancellations.

In period of NO FAIRS we have special conditions too:

- By cancellation 59 days prior to arrival we will refund 100% of the amount ;

By cancellation to 30 days before arrival – 80% is refundable

Later no refund is possible. Of course, in some

cases outside of fairs special regulations should be established, you can contact us. Thank you for your understanding.
