The apartments “MAX APARTMENTS” are located in the heart of the historic centre of Florence.

Located in a very quite building , the apartments have all been recently renovated to offer its customers a very comfortable stay and characteristic in accordance with a price.

The apartments are composed of kitchen with washing machine, microwave, utensils, bathroom and a loft with a romantic bedroom which features a ceiling with exposed wood beams and skylights.

APARTMENT POLICY:

• AT THE TOTAL PRICE OF YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE ADDED AN EXTRA COST OF 30 EURO FOR FINAL CLEANINGS : in your reservation confirmation is not indicated the cost of 30 euro but please take note that we will apply the extra cost of 30 euro for final cleanings !!!!.

• THE APARTMENTS ARE LOCATED IN VIA SAN ZANOBI 22 AND VIA GUELFA 94: YOU SHOULD CONTACT MRS MARISTELLA TO AGREE ABOUT YOUR APARTMENT TYPE AND IF YOU NEED A DOUBLE/MATRIMONIAL BED OR 2 TWIN/SEPARATE !!!!

• MAX APARTMENTS IS COMPOSED WITH DIFFERENT APARTMENTS : IF YOU DON'T SELECT A SPECIFIC APARTMENT AT THE MOMENT OF YOUR RESERVATION, WE WILL ASSIGN YOU AN APARTMENT DEPENDING ON OUR AVAILABILITIES !!!!!!!

• WE ACCEPT ARRIVALS FROM 12 A.M TO 7 P.M : IS NECESSARY TO CONTACT MISS MARISTELLA ON HER MOBILE THE DAY BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL TO ACCORD WITH HER YOUR CHECK IN TIME

• THE APARTMENTS ARE NOT FURNISHED WITH RECEPTION SERVICE : IS VERY IMPORTANT TO CONTACT MISS MARISTELLA THE DAY BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL TO HAVE THE APARTMENT'S KEYS AND TO ACCORD THE ARRIVAL TIME ( in other case you could wait long time for checking in )
