The Balance must be paid at check in time, by cash or by credit card.

Payments by credit card, has a charge of 4% over the Balance due.

CANCELATION POLICY

30% Booking Deposit is NON REFUNDABLE

Up to 30 days before arrival day: No charge (Booking Deposit 30% is non refundable)

Less than 30 days to 15 day before arrival date: 50% of the Balance due

From 15 days before arrival day to 7 days: 80% of the Balance due

From 7 days before arrival to 1 day or non show: 100% of Balance due
