With less than 1 day for the arrival day, the cost of the entire stay will be charged

Payment is required at the check in: once paid it's no longer possible to modify or shorten the stay and the amount paid is not refundable.

Free Towels we change it every 3 days or every day at only 2€ each!

Please note: the Rome Tax Stay is not included in the price (2€ per person per night, maximum 10 nights). Children till 10 years don't have to pay this tax.

It is very important for us to know your exact time of arrival.If you will be later then you wrote on your reservation, you have to anounce reception if not we will not garantee your reservation. Check in can be made until 23:00, late check in after 23:00 will be charged with 20 euros.For late check in you have to advertise us.
