Situated in residential area in great vicinity of two five stars luxury hotels Bellevue and Rixos, our rooms are at perfect location for tourists who want to experience many different things in Dubrovnik. You can reach historical Old Town by walking down the lane with beautiful view of the sea in only 10 minutes from here. Pebble beach is only hundred and fifty meters away from accommodation.

Within walking range you will also find grocery store, bakery, fast food, laundry service, tennis courts, restaurants and travel agency. Local bus lines are also available every 15 minutes, with nearest bus stop only 20 meters from accommodation.

Ina rooms are on the second floor of the small residential building and there is also parking space in the hidden backyard that is available. Guest house is located near the road, and there are no stairs, so it is easily accessible. Friendly hostess Ina is always there to provide help and information that you might need.

We offer two rooms:

Double bedroom – room for two persons, the size of 16m2, double bed, two chairs and table, big wardrobe, refrigerator, air conditioning, two night cabinets, mirror and two big windows. Room is faced south.

Single bedroom – room for one person, the size of 8m2, single bed, chair and table, wardrobe, night cabinet, mirror and window. Room is faced north.

Bathroom is shared between rooms.

We hold great care that both rooms and bathroom are always clean and tidy, for your enjoyment.

Ina rooms no-show policy:

For reservations between 1 to 3 nights we deduct from your credit card the total price for 1 night.

For reservations longer than 3 nights we deduct from your credit card 35% of the total price of reservation.

Ina rooms cancellation policy:

Room reservation can be cancelled with no charge, 10 days or more before reserved date .

For any cancellation made in period less than 10 days before reserved date, same rule as in Ina rooms no-show policy will apply.
