Bella vista rooms - Chambre d'hôtes à Dubrovnik, Croatie

We are located in private family house in elite area of Dubrovnik called Ploce. The house is 10 min walking distance from the Old Town of Dubrovnik, and 5 min from the nice city beach „Banje“.

The rooms are on the first floor of the house, and have separated entrance. Each room has own seaviewing balcony.

There is a free car parking on street available closeby, or if You want we can arrange for you to park in our garage, no charge. (IDEAL PLACE FOR BIKERS!)

All rooms are airconditioned and fridge unit equipped. Rooms are with double beds that can not be separated.

One of the rooms has ensuite bathroom. All rooms have balconys with view to sea, island of Lokrum and Old Town.

We do not serve breakfast, but there is grocery shop 20 m far from the house, so you can buy everything you need for breakfast. We can rent you our family kitchen to prepare breakfast (such as boil water, coffee, milk, tea.)

In our neighbourhood there are high category hotels, „Excelsior“, „Argentina“ and „Villa Dubrovnik“, surrounded with beautiful gardens, protected of any noise.

Our competive rates, privacy and location make us ideal home for you.

We can also offer you a special. If there are three people interested in our rooms or maybe parents with a child, we can offer you one double and one single room with a sea view, and they share one bathroom. The price is 30% more to the price of the double room, depending of the time of the season.

Included no charge:

- towels and bed linen, luggage storage;

- all taxes included in the price;

- the prices include all utility costs (water/electricity), bed linen, towels and final clean-up;

- hair-dryers in the rooms are available at the reception ;

- laundry (costs 8 Euros);

- homemade vine
