The reservation, refund, and cancellation policy applies to all reservations, regardless of whether or not the trip leader has notified you of approval. Please notify SunStyle Suites immediately of any changes or cancellations.

*********Reservations not canceled by 5 p.m. local time two days prior to scheduled arrival date will be subject to charges for one night's stay including tax recovery charges and service fees. The credit card used to guarantee your reservation will be charged for the one night’s stay and an invalid credit card will cancel your reservation automatically.
