Our low budget, family friendly hotel is ideally situated for walkers and skiers. Simple dormitories for youths and snowboarders.

From August 20, 2008 a walkers pass is available – 3 nights half board in a double room for CHF270.- per person. Children on request. Only available by internet, linking with ‘Wanderpass’. Winter deals from Sunday to Friday on request.

The Upper Simmental (traditional) house trail, the Heritage Museum, the Jaun Pass alpine cheese production and the Gruyère Cheese Factory.

View the Stockhorn peaks from the summit of a chair-lift run.

Visit the castles of Blankenburg, Spiez and Gruyère or Lake Lauenen.

Follow theme trails in Sparenmoos and Saanenmööser.

The rooms are simply but pleasantly furnished. The apartments have a sofa area, convertible into an extra bed. Some of the dormitories have bunk beds.

Meals are taken in the Residence Hotel (50 m), half board is possible.

The refined restaurant offers local specialties, cheese fondue and rösti potatoes.

Breakfast and Taxes are included.
