Starting from the 1 January 2011, Rome City Council will ask for a overnight accomodation tax .Will be 2 euro per night ( 10 nights maximum ) per person.This fee ,is not included in the hotel rate , must be paid cash at check -in time.

CANCELLATION POLICY : please,note there wiil be no charge if you cancel your reservation by FAX or E-MAIL ,within 2 days before your scheduled date of arrival .If you don't cancel your reservation within < 2 > days and if you don't arrive ,we will charge on your credit card < NO SHOW FEE > ,which is the room rate for the first night.
