APARTMENT

The apartment has 3 rooms, and the price announced is for the whole apartment - all three rooms. One of the rooms has a double bed (sofa), satellite TV, other necessary things, and can comfortably accommodate up to 2 people. The second, the biggest room, has 2 double beds (sofas), a TV, big closet, other necessary things, and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 persons (+1 in an extra bed). The third and the smallest room has a double-bed (sofa) and can accommodate 1-2 people. All rooms are connected by a long corridor, and share a spacey kitchen (fridge, stove/oven, micro-wave, kettle, all dishes etc), a WC, a bathroom (shower, WC, sink etc), and a balcony. All the rooms are on the second floor.

Additional facilities: outside the house there is a terrace with barbecue, tables etc (though to be shared with other people). Parking in the inner lock-protected yeard is available free of charge; also is a possibility to leave bicycles and/or other equipment.

LOCATION

The house is situated in Zveju (fishermen's) street, in a very cozy and peaceful location, just about 500 meters to the beach and only about 10 minutes walking to the city center!

Tennis courts available in the neighbourghood (extra fee); bicycle rental and other services available upon request.

NOTE: from November 1st to April 30th minimum rental period - 3 nights.
