Hotel Casa Linger is situated in the Heart of the City Center, just minutes away from the beautiful San Marco Square and Rialto bridge, moreover we are in a strategic location to get Art Biennale Exposition. We offer Perfect rooms at perfect prices! Some rooms are furnished in Venetian Style, we offer rooms with private WC and without.

We supplies free parking for bikes! Two minutes walking there is a cheap and nice supermarket with everything you will need and just in front of the hotel there is a nice coffetteria to have breakfast and drinking tipical venetian drink; and then all around there is any kind of comfort: no-touristic restaurants, tobacconist, ice-cream shop, hardware shop, photo-shop, mosaico fine arts gallery, etc... We guarantee you a Good Time!

Please note: The 'basic double bed private shared wc' is a basic room tipology, it means essential furnishing, no panoramic view.

Advice: check-in is from 14:00 pm to 01:30 am if you check after 01:30 am you have to pay extra 10EUR.

From 24st august 2011, local government will put an extra fee for any tourist who will sleep in any hotel in Venice: about hotels 1star category, in high season 1 euro per person per night and in low season 0.70cent per person per night.

- - - NON REFUNDABLE ROOMS (PREPAID RATES) - - -

Please note that if you book a 'non refundable' room you must provide a valid credit card with enough money to cover the full amount of the booking! When the booking is made you'll be charged of a 10% deposit and right after you'll be charged of the 90% balance. If the provided credit card is not valid or if is not possible to charge the full amount the hotel will ask you to provide an alternative credit card within 24 hours. Otherwise the booking won't be guaranteed and the deposit lost.

All cancellations must be carried out 48 hours before the arrival date. In the event of a no-show OR a late cancellation Hotel Ca Sa Linger has the right to charge the first night’s accommodation.
