We can offer all types of rooms from single, double and triple and four people rooms with bathroom or without bathroom in our second building (A&A Palermo), the distance only one minute between these two beautiful buildings on the same street.

Our cancellation policy are 48hrs before check in date, only by email!

No show charge;

Please read terms and conditions carefully.

• We charge 1 nights in case of No Show or notifying less than 48 hours before check in date.

* We do not process cancelation request by phone or fax. That request must be send only by email 48 hours before check in date (according to Spanish time).

During the check-in at the reception or during your stay, we can not modify or cancel your reservation. Please pay attention to this mater to prevent further problems.

**For reservations from 29, 30 and 31 December 2011 will not accept cancellations or refunds.

*** Only for reservations from 29, 30 and 31 December 2011 and January 1st 2012, will not accept cancellations or refunds.

We notice you will be charged the full amount of the reservation at the time of booking, are non-refundable.

If you cancel or amend your booking will be charged the total of the reservation.

Please pay attention to this information, to avoid future problems.

Group Booking;

• The cancelation request must be send to our email 1 week in advance. The group will be charge 50% of total amount if the cancelation email is less than 1 week.

• The booking could be canceled if you don’t arrive approximately around the arrival time that is specified in your booking.

• In some cases we preserve the rights of charging 1 night of your booking as a guarantee.

*New Year celebrations;

We ask 2 nights obligatory reservation between 30th of December untill 1th of January. It means we cannot accept bookings less than 2 nights or out of that period.

* No show in this period we charge 2 nights.
