Descripción: The Residêncial Sul – Down Town is located in the main square (Rossio Square) centre of Lisbon, enjoys a privileged location in the heart of Lisbon. In our 27 rooms consist of single, double, twin and triple rooms with a private and shared facilities. (The triple consist on one double plus one single beds.)

The guests will find a clean, comfortable and youthful atmosphere. Maps and tourist information are available at the reception, where you will find our staff eager to offer advice and assistance.

The Residencial offers a quick access to all means of public transport: buses, taxis, subway, and tram.

The train station to go to sintra ,it's open now , and it's 1 minute from our hostel.

For those visiting the city of Lisbon this is the best location possible as it allows easy on foot access to all the historic areas of Lisbon, Chiado and Bairro Alto (entertainment quarter) St. George’s Castle, to the quarter of Alfama and Mouraria, Graca, Belem, etc..
