Venice Residence - Apartamento en Venecia, Italia

WE rent some apartments in Venice from 2 to 6 people at S. Croce, near train station and Piazzale Roma (bus terminal).

All the apartment are classified from the Province of Venice of first categories and they are for longer and shorter periods.

The aparmtents have kitchen, living-room, bathroom with shower or bath and beds: matrimonials, singles, sofabed with 2 single beds. It has also air conditioning, heating, small garden outside where you can eat and relax, hair-dryer, sheets and towels(that are changing twice a week), dishies and all for cook.

All the apartment are no-smoking.

FOR THE PERIOD FROM 22/12/08 TO 06/01/2009 WE ACCEPT ONLY RESERVATION FOR MINIMUM 3 NIGHTS.

CANCELLATION POLICY:from 20 to 11 days before the arrival 50%, from 10 days to 3 days before the arrival 85%, from 71 hours to the day of arrival and no-show there are 100% of total.

The reservations could be canceled:

- Within 15 days from the date of arrival without penalty

- From 14 to 4 days before the arrival date: we will charge the cost of one night for each apartment booked.

- 3 days before the date of arrival or no-show: the total amount will be charged.
