Descripción: Casa de Vacaciones Simpatía está situada en el corazón de Roma sólamente a 5 minutos a pie de la estación Termini y de las principales zonas turísticas de la esplendida ciudad eterna.

El apartamento es ideal para grupos de amigos y familias que quieran tener total independencia en sus vacaciones. Dispone de habitaciones dobles, triples y cuadruples con baño privado, con un maximo de 7 camas individuales. El ambiente es tranquilo y silencioso y podréis disfrutar en total paz y tranquilidad de vuestras vacaciones, con un impecable servicio, un marco confortable para disfrutar vuestras vacaciones.

MUY IMPORTANTE ANTES DE RESERVAR

Las habitaciones se pueden reservar sólo en las siguientes condiciones: Mínimo 4 personas, mínimo 3 dias, no reservar si no hay como mínimo 4 sitios disponibles. La ubicación podrá ser diferente de aquella que reservéis. El depósito no se reembolsará en ningún caso. Si reserváis online con cofirmación inmediata, en caso de overbooking os daremos una habitación en la misma zona con las mismas condiciones, pero el depósito no se devuelve.

READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING

1) SIMPATIA FLAT GROUND FLOOR (FOR 5 PEOPLE ), EXTRA BED IS POSSIBLE

The flat is on the ground floor with an independent entrance outside the building: it has 3 rooms which can be reserved in two ways:

a) If you book for 4 or 5 people, you will have two rooms which are connected to each other, one room has 2 double beds and the another has a bunk bed. There are also cooking facilities and one bathroom. All rooms have a fridge (with available drinks) and a TV.

b) If you book for two people ( you will have one room with a double bed matrimonial + private bathroom , in this room is possible 1 extra bed, plus and cooking facilities. All rooms have fridge (with available drinks )and a TV.

c) If you book for more than 6 people you can have the two rooms described above, in this case you will get the whole house which is one double room, one room with two double beds and the other one with a bunk bed, cooking facilities and two bathrooms. Ideally for a group of friends. Because of the characteristics of the accommodation it is advised to young tourists (it is possible to request an extra bed € 25,- )

2) SIMPATIA FLAT 1° st FLOOR

The flat is on the 1 floor, which is composed of 3 rooms with 1 bathroom and a kitchen. It is ideal for 5 persons.

The flat can be reserved in two ways:

a) For 4-5 people, you will have 3 double rooms, 1 bathroom and a kitchen;

b) For 2 people you have a double room with a shared bathroom and a kitchen in common.

c) triple room has a shared bathroom and a kitchen in common.

The customers cannot choose between the 1° floor and the flat ground floor, this choice is up to the manager.

The credit card is only to guarantee the reservation. The payment is in cash at your arrival. We don’t accept credit cards.

Cancellation Policy: Reservations cancelled less than 4 days before the arrival date will be charged one night cancellation fee and the banking costs.

You will need to bring towels for bathroom with you because they are not included If you book online with an immediate confirmation, in the rare cases of overbooking ,we will give you one room in the same area for the same price and of the same quality or better, the deposits are not returned anymore.

Please confirm the hour of arrival by email or telephone, because we don´t have reception,check-in only by appointment, don’t come without making reservation
