Apartmani Matej - Apartamento en Isla de Brač, Croacia

The house is located in the central part of Bol, in the area known as Obala (Coast), a quiet part of the place which overlooks Bol waterfront. The house was built in a Dalmatian style and in traditional surrounding and this creates a characteristic Dalmatian atmosphere. It is located about 200 m away from the very centre and the sea, which is an ideal setting far enough from lively Bol waterfront and centre. The bus and ferry station is 200 meters away, and the airport 14 km.

You can approach the house by car, or you can walk down the traditional Dalmatian small streets towards the beach, centre or waterfront. There is a restaurant and grocery shop in immediate vicinity of the house. You can reach the most beautiful Adriatic beach Zlatni rat, which is located outside the centre on foot in 20 minute strolling through a pleasant pine tree forest, or by taxi boat or tourist train departing from the town centre. The house has a large parking lot and provides a parking place for all its guests.

There are three double bed (studio) apartments one above the other. All apartments have their own separate entrance, and you approach them climbing up the stairs tiled in Brač stone. Each apartment overlooks the sea, Hvar island and the most beautiful part of Bol dominated by the Dominican monastery.

It is located on the ground floor of the house and its surface area is 24 m2. Bedroom, dining room and kitchen are connected in a single room. The bathroom is in a separate room. Apartment is nicely decorated and equipped with air-conditioning. The terrace with surface area of 14 m2 provides a breathtaking sea view. Apartment is oriented to the east.

Studio apartment A2

It is located on the first floor of the house and its surface area is 20 m2. Bedroom, dining room and kitchen are connected in a single room. The bathroom is in a separate room. Apartment is nicely decorated and equipped with air-conditioning. It provides a breathtaking sea view. Apartment is oriented to the east.

Studio apartment A3

It is located on the second floor of the house and its surface area is 24 m2. Bedroom, dining room and kitchen are connected in a single room. The bathroom is in a separate room. Apartment is nicely decorated and equipped with air-conditioning. The terrace with surface area of 5 m2 provides a breathtaking sea view. Apartment is oriented to the east.

Rooms

Rooms are located in the old part of the house, on the first floor and are oriented to the south. All rooms overlook the island of Hvar. Rooms are not equipped with air-conditioning, but as mentioned before rooms are located in the old part of house which is build in traditional dalmatian style - in stone, so even during the high temperatures outside - the inside is very pleasant.
