Description: The first information on the building are traced in the land register of Carlo VI in the year 1721 as the Noble mansion with garden in Contrada Valverde, owned by Antonio Bussero. In the second half of the 18th century following the purchase act, by Count Cesare Cavenago, the Bussero's properties were extended to the mansion and also the house of Maria Segreda, both situated between Via Valverde, Via Stretta and the building of the Royal Finance.

The 'Albergo Trezzo' lived its best years during the management of Maria Giussani, wife of Rinaldo, and their children. The hotel was known as the meeting point of artist, tycoons and upper class clients of the area.
