Description: The recently built structure is just a few minutes away from the prestigious tourist centre of Porto San Paolo, with its connections to the Island of Tavolara in the protected marine area. It is only 15 minutes away from Olbia and 10 from San Teodoro. The “Relais” is surrounded by flower gardens and typical Mediterranean vegetation. The garden also features a marvellous pool with Jacuzzi. Only 500 metres away you can find one of the most beautiful beaches in the area, with fine white sand, crystal-clear water with amazing coloured reflections, and a fully organized beach (lounges and umbrellas, pedal boats, rubber rafts). The bay is one of Sardinia’s mst impressive, situated opposite the islands of Tavolara and Molara. Only a short distance away lie the beautiful beaches of Cala Coda Cavallo, Brandinchi, l’Impostu, la Cinta; in the opposite direction, towards Olbia, the beaches of Costa Corallina, Porto Istana, Capo Ceraso, Li Cuncheddi, Le Saline. The location is an ideal starting point for excursions in the North of Sardinia and Barbagia to enjoy the natural beauty, cultural and archeological treasures.
Rooms are large, with either a terrace or a patio. The hotel is a two-floor building. Furnishings are elegant and according to typical Sardinian style. All rooms have a sitting room, private bathroom with shower, air conditioning, heating, direct telephone, satellite television, hair dryer, refrigerator, and safe.
The patio overlooks the garden and swimming pool. In fine weather, breakfast is served in the open air and dinner is by candle-light.
The Fenicottero Rosa Restaurant (open from the 3rd May to the 27th September) is full of charm, making guests feel at home. You can enjoy authentic regional dishes prepared by the chef, who delights in combinations of tastes and aromas from his land. He artistically combines traditional dishes with his own creations: classic Mediterranean cuisine goes side by side with innovation. The final touch is the open grill, where fish lovers can watch local catches being prepared. There is also a well-supplied wine cellar, specialised in prestigious local wines. In recognition of these characteristics, the restaurant has been pointed out by the gastronomic guide “Buon Appetito”. Periodic cooking courses and oeno-gastronomic tours are periodically organised.
The Restaurant is open from the 3rd May to the 27th September.
