Cancellation must occur 72 hours before the check-in date and ONLY by email or throught your HostelsClub customer account. Please consider that before the arrival the hotel could make a pre-authorization on your credit card to check if there's enough money to cover any late cancellation fee.

Online rates do not include the 5.5% city tax

We apply a 16-40 age restriction policy.

Bookings for more than 12 people made under different names will be cancelled!

If you would like to book for more than 12 people or more, you need to contact the hostel directly

Bookings for 16 people or more have to cancel by e-mail, 21 days before the check-in date.

For the above periods there is a minimum stay and cancelation policy. If you like to cancel your booking, you must let Amsterdam Hostel Centre know 2 weeks (14 days) before arrival day ( not arrival time!) true the e-mail.

Late cancelations and cancelations after arrival date will be charged 100% of the total cost.

In case of no show, your credit card will be charged 100% of the total cost.
